Shipping Policy
EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
EU and international customers may be charged customs duties when goods arrive in your country and you are fully responsible for paying these charges. It's advised that you check what these charges are likely to be before placing your order. You can do this by using your country's customs calculator which should be available on their import website.
If your order is taking a long time to arrive, it may be waiting for you at your local customs office. Please check with them to see if you have any outstanding fees to settle. If you don't pay a customs bill in time, the parcel will eventually be returned to me.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Orders are dispatched in 3-5 business days and are sent via Royal Mail. However this may increase during busy periods and around the time of a shop update.
Standard UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class
Standard International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please select the destination country at checkout to see all available shipping options. Use the table below for estimated shipping times:
UK: 1 - 3 Business Days, Shipping from £1.50
International: 5 - 12 Business Days, Shipping from £2.80*
Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services.
* Please be aware that orders from outside of the UK (including EU) may be subject to fees at the border (Customs fees + VAT fees) These will vary depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKED SHIPPING:
Tracked shipping is optional but highly recommended. If you would like a tracking number with your order, please select the tracked shipping option available at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All orders are regarded as final. However, if you have a problem please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Do not accept damaged items. Contact us right away and try to take photos of any damage to your package upon delivery.
REFUNDS:
If you do not receive your order after 30 business days from dispatch, it may be lost or on its way back to me due to abandonment at customs or an incorrect address.
If an order is lost customers will receive a refund minus the original shipping.
If an order is returned to me:
Customers can pay shipping again to have an order re-sent to them or,
I can refund the order minus the original shipping cost & a 10% restocking fee.
PACKAGING:
Envelopes and boxes - are cardboard based to protect the goods inside them. Please reuse or recycle.
Padded mailers - are reused by me to ship larger/more delicate orders. Please reuse or recycle (paper based mailers only).
Tissue paper & paper bags - are used to package paper goods. All tissue paper has been reused by me. Please reuse and recycle.
Clear display bags - are used for prints and greeting cards. These are made from Plant Based (annually renewable) PLA derived from vegetable starches (cornstarch) and are compostable and biodegradable. Please reuse. Click here for more information about home composting.
