ILLUSTRATION

  • I use Adobe Photoshop for all of my digital illustrations and work on a Wacom One Creative Pen Display. Check out my process videos here.

  • The brushes I use most often in Photoshop are by Kyle T Webster. For sketching I use the Animator Pencil 2016. For painting, I especially like Gouache G Edge Soft and Gouache Supreme Opaque.

    I made a story highlight about my favourite digital brushes over on Instagram.

  • These are supplies that I like using in my sketchbooks:

    • 2B or 4B pencil - I usually use Derwent

    • Faber Castell Polychromos Coloured Pencils

    • Cass Art Watercolour Pencils

    • Caran D'Ache NeoColor II" Water Soluble Wax Pastels

    • Unipin brush pen

    • Gouache from Holbein or Daler-Rowney.

  • I have a handful of favourites!

    • Royal Talens Art Creation Hardback Sketchbook - a solid, affordable sketchbook. Perfect for travel journaling too!

    • Strathmore Mixed Media Softcover Sketchbook - My favourite for wet media.

    • Canson Mixed Media sketchbook - Another one I enjoy using for wet/mixed media.

PATRON SHOP

  • Yes, I currently ship to most countries worldwide from the UK.

    International orders are sent with standard Royal Mail shipping. Tracked shipping is also available as an option.

    All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • I aim to ship in 3-5 business days from your order date. However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer and can take 5-8 business days. Thank you for your patience and support.

    Delivery times:

    • Domestic (UK): 1-3 business days after shipping

    • International orders: 5-12 business days after shipping

    If your order hasn't arrived after the times below, please contact me:

    • UK: 20 business days after dispatch date

    • Europe: 30 business days after dispatch date

    • International: 30 business days after dispatch date

  • Tracked shipping is optional but highly recommended. If you would like a tracking number with your order, then please select the Tracked option at checkout.

  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address please send an email to info@raahatkaduji.com with your order number as soon as possible.

  • International shipping duties, taxes and fees may apply. Please be aware of your country’s fees and taxes before placing an order.

    As a small business, I am not responsible for VAT charges or customs fees. International customers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes/duties incurred upon delivery of goods.

    Alternatively, EU customers may choose to order through my Etsy shop where VAT is calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING

  • I do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are regarded as final. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please let me know within the first 24 hours of ordering.

  • Your order could be waiting for you at customs. International customers, please contact your customs office to check if your order is waiting for you there.

    If your order does not reach you it may be returned to me due to abandonment at customs or an incorrect address. Please see section “What if my order is returned to you” below for more information.

    If you have not selected the tracked shipping option at checkout I will not be able to locate missing orders.

    Unfortunately, if your order is lost or damaged I cannot offer a replacement/refund as these circumstances are truly out of my control. Try to contact your country’s postal system as they may be able to reimburse you.

  • If any orders are returned to me:

    • Customers can pay shipping again to have an order re-sent to them or,

    • I can refund the order minus the original shipping cost & a 10% restocking fee

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Goods are shipped in protective, environmentally friendly packaging with cardboard backing and I use recyclable materials wherever possible.

    Stickers, postcards and bookmarks are packaged in paper bags or tissue paper and sealed with paper washi tape. Prints are packaged in biodegradable cello bags from Nativia®.

    Please reuse any packaging materials before recycling ☺︎
